However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a convenient and flexible return policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience 😊

Our Policy

We’ll happily accept a return/exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, unused and free of make-up stains and dirt.
- A return fee of $6.99 will be deducted from the refund amount when we process your refund upon receiving you return.Â

Returned merchandise should be shipped within 14 days of the request date. Items returned after the 14 days will not be accepted.
- In the unlikely event of a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to ship back the defective merchandise and ship you a new piece with no other costs.
Sale ItemsÂ
Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If Final Sale items are shipped back without an approval, we may reject the package.
International Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns nor exchanges for international orders.Â
How to submit return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. - Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Processing TimeÂ
Upon receiving your package, we will refund you in the method of payment of your choice. Store credit will be processed on the same day and you original form of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you about the transaction to your email address listed on your account. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Turtle Bay Apparel.
Exchanges
To ensure that you get the exchange item, you can make another order for the item that you need and return your existing order through our return portal. We will refund you for the returned item as soon as we have received it.
 Items marked final sale
Any styles marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty by our team. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing.
